Returns
If for any reason you wish to return any product purchased you can do it by replacing it with another one of equal or greater value by following these steps:
Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the date of receipt of goods and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. In this case you will be charged only for the cost of returning the product.
Returns are accepted only when the product is in the same condition in which you received it, without having unsealed or has violated the package. For this reason it is good on time/day of delivery of your order to check the condition of the goods and their package, in order to detect any obvious defects ( eg broken goods , wrong content etc ) .
Please notice that we offer no refunds but we replace them with the same item or other items of equal or lesser value.
Defective products

In case of return of the product and after our product inspection is done and the problem comes because of the manufacturer we can then either replace it or return your money within 10 days from the date you have received the product.
